24mm gets you Sugino, Middleburn (both pricey), or Shimano GRX - that will need new derailleur as the chain line is different. Also Shimano road + absolute black rings (which themselves are 160 for 48/32).
Rotor Vegast arms and 46/30 direct mount can be had for £220 from bikeinn. Easton I think is a little more expensive (nearer 300). I don’t know of any 110x5 options aside from praxis for sub-compact.

Easton EA90/EC90 with 30/46 has been good to me so far for 3000 km. Never rains here though so can't comment on durable.

Anyone here tried these AirTags for such things to prevent?

Wine-country-no-gravel must be among the best no-gravel

Indeed. Looking at some of the pics I took I could play the "Germany or south Australia" quiz.
Other bits are distinctly more German.

This does remind me that I should take more recent pics.
- Wheels are de-stickered (were within days of receiving them)
- Wheels re-spoked with standard round spokes (snapped a couple of the higher tension flat spokes I was using by hitting rocks on trails, so when for lower tension but stronger round spokes that allow more forgiveness in the wheel)
- Skewers changed
- Crankset changed to one far far nicer and more in fitting with the rest of the bike (Specialites TA Carmina)
- Tyres changed to much wider gravel ones (Schwalbe G-One AllRound) and they still have great clearance inside the fenders (as the tyres that went on the build in the photo just happened to be some lying around and 29er slicks were what I had in mind at the time and since then gravel tyres became a thing)
It's the same bike... but now far more comfortable in itself. Removing the carbon cranks and rim stickers also just makes it look right... it looks like an old man capable and beloved tourer, which is roughly what it is.

Looks like it's the view from the Niederwald Monument https://goo.gl/maps/fWgRQgybdjBD1P9TA

Rüdesheim am Rhein. On top is the statue of Germania, keeping watch over the border ready to fend off those damn french people ... Lots of vines and a bunch of switchbacks through them to climb to the top

Is that chain too long?
