well done to those who have been losing 6-10 kg. I have not bought any scales, but am pretty sure I am at 78-80kg, when I think c72 would be very healthy, and achievable. I have been eating very healthily, just a bit too much. A couple of health issues mean I cannot run (and that used to be the basis of all fitness) but I do cycle on undulating terrain for about 45 -60 mins 4x a week. Off to Austria cycling for a week soon, so hoping that will kickstart steady exercise over the summer and maybe lose c5kg by mid September. Buying scales would help. Thanks for the inspiration.
