It definitely looks like an SUV!
We somehow manage to fully load a Volvo V60 and a roof box on a week long trip to France with 2 small adults and 2 smaller children, so I think we would be annoyed if luggage capacity was less.
A smaller EV wouldn’t save me much money per month at current prices, with reduced practicality for longer journeys.
I have no idea how my parents took my sister and me on trips to Europe in a Peugeot 206…
I've got a Toyota RAV4 plug in hybrid on order for delivery next year on lease. 18kw battery, so claimed 40-45mile electric range. As most of my day to day driving is school runs, and short travel appointments, this sounds ok.
Should I be considering a full electric? For the family practicality, I guess I'd be looking at model Y, Kia EV6, Hyundai Ionic 5, etc?
I was given a Volvo XC40 P8 EV as a courtesy car, and it was hilariously fast. Quite expensive and not fantastic range however.
