He is gloriously refeshing. It strikes me that what makes him so effective is that he knows his industry and he believes in his principles, so put him up against straw man tv interviewers and tories who'll say anything that keeps them in a job and he absolutely levels them cos once you push back with facts there's nothing behind any of them. It's great to watch.

Also on newsnight telling some tory that he is a liar over and over again. Was good.

He was great, he basically showed yesterday how rubbish our media is and that they melt in the face of someone who knows what they are talking about and has conviction
