ah yeah zooming the pict u send earlier i cud see the welding on the dropout is a little odd/untidy, like theres a lump on it. but not sure not judging just saying what i saw on the photos.
totally agree with seller being 100% sure about their own stuff. hopefully you can sort it out with the seller bro. cheers
