I ran Deore hollowtechs on my fixed gravel bike for a bit, chainring inside the spider and spaced inwards with some chainring spacers.
That was with an iso rear hub but rear chainline od more or less the same as a threaded track hub.
Depending on the frame and how much clearance you have at the pedal end of the crank arm/chainstay you could probably mess around with the spacers, hollowtech mtb bbs use 2 x 2.5mm spacers on the driveside and one on the non drive side, you could put move one from the drive side to the non driveside. That wasn’t an option for me as it’s have brought my crank arm to close to the stay but my stats were wide spaced for tyre clearance.
