if you didnt replace the sprocket, 100% thats the issue; is it is BSR hub? 13t?

Yes and yes, I'll go and check it again. Are the sprockets reversible? It seems wild to replace the sprocket so often! I guess the teeny things see a lot of rotations. What's the go-to place for spares (if not SJS of course)?

It may be lipped on the backside, if not then I cannot see why you could not!

Go to is brilliant bikes; while their website is attricious the shipping is free and fast; something sjs really need to change!
