Compared to the similar Howdens Lamona option, the Lamona is 57-71db, the Luxair is 47-68db with similar power.
There is a lower powered cheaper shallow canopy Lamona version, which has an extraction rate of 321m3/h (less than half the above) and noise level of 73db, which you should probably avoid.
Unlikely to get anything more powerful or quiet than 650m3/h for a built in hood, unless you spend thousands on a Miele fan.

Cheers for this. Any pictures? Which part of the cabinet are MDF or is it all of it including the fronts and carcass?
Not getting self closing doors I don't think but I'll try and up sped the extractor then. Thanks
