Or just get an Italian fitting 112mm bottom bracket...🤣
According to Velobase for an Italian threaded BB shell (70mm) and a Shimano 600 chainset the spindle has to be 115mm...112mm for an English threaded BB (BB shell is 68mm)....I am surprised no one has bought this....had my frame been a Roberts rather than an a Olmo...I would have bought this....looks lovely....GLWS.

You could also swap the spindle, bearings and sleeve? 🙃
