I was going to buy it on the milanese for that reason. I buy all my watches on bracelets then end up changing them out pretty quickly. The Blue Squale looks great on a khaki nato which I'll grab straight away then a vintage looking grey nubuck or tan leather and maybe something bright like an orange rubber zuludiver.

I'd have thought polished would get scratched up pretty quick.
If you like the milanese, buy it on that. It's a costly upgrade for the proper one.
