Personally I don't mind swallowing the cost of expensive fuel for motorbikes. Cars, no thank you. Never having a bike this new didn't realise how much Euro regs ruin performance. Really the Vortex ecu is just unlocking the bike it should have been before the lawyers got involved, or that's what I'm telling myself.

Feels like a momentus moment for the CRF450L owner. +8hp is exciting, and probably unnecessary, but looking forward to a smoother throttle and all the good stuff people harp on about. Very excited for the next ride. It's pretty special under those plastics too, the titanium tank is quite something but can't see it staying with fuel consumption going up. HRC get a thumbs up from me.
