Not 650 but we are busy on a build for a shorter woman using the Isla bike Luath 26 as a starter- probably going to a 26 by 1.35 tyre for speed. Worth a thought as a fairly affordable base for a small road/touring/gravel bike.

Are you doing F&F only or keeping any of the stock parts? Almost 10kg out of the box which seems a bit heavy for a smaller bike.

Look at the new Genesis frsme, geometry is pretty sensible for adult.

How about a complete bike? Little Heather's Hewlett may be up for sale when we can find a suitable replacement. Custom (not for her) steel with a Campag Mirage 9 speed groupset with a triple chainset. Great bike but doesn't fit her any more due to flexibility issues.

For the small handed among us who used Tektro 340L: TRP levers have an even smaller reach from tops and drops but adult hand size hoods.
