Not necessarily cargo related. Does anyone know if there's a way to get a replacement key to remove the battery from a Shimano Steps powered bike? Someone I work with has managed to lose our only copy.
I was able to sort a replacement key for the Bosch unit on one of our Urban Arrows after a similar incident by plugging it in and using the Bosch diagnostic tool thing. Any idea if something similar is possible with Shimano?
