Hah, no wonder Rwanda signed that deal. But who really earns money from it? Rwanda isn't rich for the most part.
The EU already signed a resettlement deal (different from shipping people out, it seems for people fleeing Libiya) for Kigora in Rwanda.
The Telegraph (vomit) actually has a decent article on this. Of course the headline is EU blaming but the content is good and casts doubt on Rwanda being a good country to settle people.

This is just a guess. I guess that there's a privately owned middleman doing the processing. I also guess that it is Israeli. Why? Because it was an Israeli company that handled their Rwanda deportations and I'm going to put my tin foil hat on and say that Priti "unsanctioned business trips to Israel" Patel might....well, you get the idea.
I thought the same but this is in the agreement
It's also capped to 500 people per year from UK to Rwanda. Not sure that's worth £150m.
