IIRC I went with them only because they were accepted by our insurer. I just logged into the website and my Speedy was valued at £3k in 2018 so that might need looking at.
@DethBeard My insurance definitely covers all my stuff out and about including trips abroad, worth checking your policy for sure.

There are online valuation services which are recognised by insurers, I’ve used Prestige Valuations. They keep bugging me to get stuff revalued because the market is so stupidly inflated.
Edit: I’ll add that it used to £40 per item and now it’s £65 which is a bit steep but also I changed our household insurance to blanket cover my stuff. And I don’t have a £20k Rolex.
