FREE: Bicicapace cargo bike - GONE

Bicicapace cargo bike with a stuck seat post. Front bag could do with being taken off an given a clean, otherwise fully functional bike.

(Hace the front wheel also, just not pictured)

Don't have the time to sort out getting the seat post out. A friend gave it to me, they'd already cut the seat post and tried hacksawing from inside.
