If I track a Mtb ride on my wahoo and upload to strava it estimates power but am I right in guessing it doesn’t know I’m off road on fat tyres so probably underestimates power?
How much do you want your morale ruining?
Think the thing to bear in mind is that on the road the surface it's fairly consistent, where as off it's very inconsistent.
That makes sense, so maybe the spikes of power would be higher but the average might end up the same or less for a similar effort level?
