I have only managed to find one online from Ticycles, but they're out of stock. Anyone have any idea where to get one?

Cheers for the offer, but I want to avoid any possibility of creaking from it not being spot on. Currently using a 25.4 shim with a drinks can shim to get nearer the size.
I also don't have a vice to be able to do any sawing/filing etc
