I have a ratty 531 frame hanging up in the garage, threaded headset non-recessed brakes etc. but forward facing slotted drop outs so can be run single speed or fixed. I'm 6ft 3in. Pm if you want photos etc. I'll see what parts I have to help towards a build if you want- not after much money but will need posting unless you fancy a trip to Dartmoor?!
