Caad 5 original US import track bike

I bought this 15/20 years ago. Rode it for 5 years on and off and haven't ridden it since then. I imported it from the US. It's got original durace hubs and crank and replacement carbon fork. It's got a dink on the top tube from my first week on a fixie. Looking for £1,500 but am open to offers. It's size 50. So small. I'm 5.8. I wouldn't suggest anyone taller ride it.

Cool frame but i'll offer some friendly advice and say i think you're quite a way off on pricing.

I've sold my CAAD5 special edition frameset for £300 and a couple Capo's (same thing) for less than £200. All in vgc with no dents in popular sizes. DA hubs and cranks are nice but probably worth around £300 on here. If you want top dollar i'd take the add down and head to Ebay.

I'm afraid Jono is right here. I sold a capo for £180 years ago.
These are lovely frames and I'd love to have one in this colour. But even without that dent, the asking price is hopeful.
It's a shame about the dent, it sadly looks quite substantial.
I'd also recommend sticking it on ebay and having a look at previous sold prices for Caad5 track frames.

I doubt this think retailed at 1500 when it was new... never mind the giant dent.

A 20 year old aluminium frame with a dent that size is scrap metal, sorry to say.

I hope this is a joke bid from a Reynolds fan...

I bought this as a full bike as i wanted the parts on it for my own
cannondale track I didnt realise the dent was as big
Big drive side top tube dent, according to previous owner this happened 7 years ago
and the bike was commuted daily for years after with no change at all
so thats good, but its a ugly dent and deffo there so i have tried to
take as many pics of it so u can get the full picture

He buys and sells all the eBay track bikes, don’t feel bad he bought it and stripped it and it’s still listed for too much money.
