Wow, is that the stock strap?! Not a fan. I regret shelling out for the Sinn silicon deployant strap for my 556 as it’s also way too thick for the watch head. If you can be arsed I’d look for a bracelet, there are two versions IIRC, it’s how I wear mine 90% of the time.
I forgot to say I think it looks nice btw, great all rounder.

So my 556 came into to the distributor on Wednesday. Just took delivery of it. Some initial thoughts:
Like don’t love
The bulk of this deployant is ridiculous and leads to a very unbalanced feeling
Lugs could curve more for my wrist
Probably will sell (for what I paid for it)
It was a gamble as I’d never tried one on or even seen a 556 in person.
It’s nice though. Really nicely finished, as is the movement. Still, I’ll spend a few days with it and see how I get on.
