It’s a Marine Nacionale issued Tag Heuer 1000, from the same chap who sold his MN78 Tudor to Bulang and Sons.
He’s asked me to see if anyone may be interested in it . -

It was serviced by Bernard Bulang through one of his contacts when he bought the snowflake submariner ( which there is an article about on the Bulang website) so is running great, price wise he wants £2000 for it.
Although not as desireable as the Tudor there are a lot less of them. Its a rare watch.
Has the correct engraving and ref number on the case back. -

There's an orange dial version btw for fans of the classic Seiko orange/black/gold colourway.
Oh. That is very nice.
Been looking for a GMT, the orange might cinch it.

Something I noticed from reading the Hoodwinkee piece on them is that the orange one also has a black/grey bicolour bezel. Not sure if I like it or not… Think it still works. TBH I like all three colourways.
However, as many people have pointed out, because the chapter ring has the 24 hour scale on it, you could probably quite happily put a divers / timing bezel on from a modder or a stock Seiko 5 Sports. If, that is, they've kept it as a 120-click bezel and not made it a 24 (or 48)-click one. Then you get the benefits of a timing bezel while still using it as a GMT.

I'm just happy with the Orange.
