Getting a handle on bar tape: the tape thread

That matches neither of those criteria. Matches it batter than other commercial tapes, but not remotely as good as the supacaz stuff. Unsure whats the "better quality" brand, but I'm using proper 3M and in high temps (eg: Sunshine) over time the glue gives, tape starts slipping back on itself if its stretched. If it isnt stretched, it doesnt "mold" to the shape of the finish of the bartape as well as the thinner version.

Dont get me wrong, I've been perfectly fine using electrical tape for the past 15 years. But now I know theres a better, neater looking alternative out there. Would be nice to get my hands on a roll of it :)
