You don't even need to get a bus to IKEA, it's literally opposite. And there's a Nandos in the Tesco.

Tesco is the worst of all of the chains imo. Actively try and avoid spending any money there.

Elmers End Tesco is hell on earth, like some Hieronymous Bosch painting come to life.

Still better than Streatham tho. Scan & Go means you can put your blinkers on and get in and out without interacting with anyone.

But that's Tesco v Tesco, which as has been said, are all shit. Nowadays given the choice it's Beddington Lane Asda (Scan & Go ON YOUR PHONE!!!) or Purley Way Morrisions (dangerous doughnuts and pies). Day to day is Norbury Lidl as I can pass it going to or from nursery, and mini_com loves the tiny kids' trolleys.

I've always heard this but never understood it... For 25p more you can go to Co-op and convert your measly Tesco 'snackette' into a large Ginsters pasty. The meal deal drinks at Co-op are better too (more choice, larger, posher, etc).
