  • I just cut a tour short because of anterior (pain at the front) knee pain. I think my Q-factor was too wide (using a triple crank as a double with a hefty BB), and it got super painful after five days. Does anyone have any exercise recommendations? I'm foam rolling mainly atm.

  • If it’s still painful I’d avoid rolling the antagonised bit. But might be worthwhile rolling the bits around it for release as long as it doesn’t cause agitation to the angry parts.
