Its under the same system that did for Owen Paterson, so they could try an change it again, lol.
if they were going to stop the investigation they had the chance to vote against it months ago but Johnsons authority is so totally gone they gave up trying to whip there MPs against it.

I really hope he wins it, the privileges committee investigation is going to be brilliant, it's already rumour that carrie Johnson and other downing street staff will be called to give evidence regarding all the parties that weren't investigated by Sue Gray and the MET.
Johnson is highly likely to end up with a 10 plus day suspension and then there'll be a recall petition which only needs 10% and then he's not an MP anymore and fighting a by election.
