Also I'd imagine that tubeless would be great for commuting - which you can do with the Pirellis

Use of tubeless for commuting is I think one of the most under appreciated/discussed use cases.

Commuting with tubeless is the absolute best. 3 years on my single speed commuter bike in central London without a single puncture. Amazing.

For sure - also because a puncture is the last thing you want when you're cutting it fine in the morning. Might even get inserts!
