Yours?

Nope, a guy I rode with on Wednesday evening. Friend of a friend.
I think it looks pretty nice and you don't see many of them IRL although the stem/spacer issue needs addressing.

Nobody wants to photograph their bikes side-on anymore, for fear of the bdhu police

Close. This is telegraph pass up from Llanberis. Did do the Ogwen road after it though, which was equally awful. Pen y pass too.
Was expecting awful weather but the cloud did nothing more than sit there.

That’s some juicy tarmac with inspiring photo work. Would you be ok with posting your route?

Ah cheers. Yeah, route is here https://www.komoot.com/tour/785883794
The bit after llyn Ogwen down to capel curig is decent but I took the road; there's supposedly a track that runs parallel. From capel curig up to Pen y Pass is an absolute grind and I wouldn't recommend it. I suspect there's a better option, I just didn't look closely enough. Trouble is round there that there's no 'nipping across a valley' as there's often a mountain in the way. I would highly recommend both those first climbs though. Telegraph pass joins up with the rangers path up Snowdon and dinorwig is a closed road.
I also did stwlan damn the day before, which is brilliant, and for some gravel stuff clocaenog/llyn brenig are brilliant.
Some more photos: Clocaenog and view off the top of dinorwig

I think he's only meant to run max 30mm spacers below the stem on that fork.

A friend’s Salsa Stormchaser after he won the SS division of the Unbound XL 350mi gravel race. He’s a monster on the bike.

The path out the back of capel curig is doable if you travel light as its a boggy farm track across the moraine then follow the ogwen cycleway on the old railway line through tunnels mint tarmac down to bangor harbour . You can get the train to london from there via chester and crew. Estimate your time then triple it . Its hard going around there.
That's nice. Silver spokes and everything. Class
