Chinotto, new one on me but was hella nice. Will be hunting down more.

It’s a bitter orange Italian drink, common over there but never seen it before. Has the bitterness similar to marmalade. I think it’s bergamot?

This version can be sometimes be found in your average South London Italian cafe:

The Siciliana chinotto will be more bitter than the San Pellegrino. There are a few other brands you should be able to find in Italian delis.

It was my preferred drink for a time.
