SOLD: Milwaukee Polo Bruiser (Waterford built demo frame)

In my head I'm building a 650b big tyred, mudguarded fixed commuter, I think I could almost make this work for it but I reckon it's a touch too big for me. Plus if I start building it in real life it costs money which I'm very short of.
