If you are not normally clean shaven you could consider light stubble? It's what I went for also given propensity for redness post shaving (wet shaving DE razor best for me). Presumably some moisturisers etc might help.
If you want to hide it moreso then I believe you want some foundation/similar with some green in it e.g.

No harm perhaps trying something like this as believe it is not much more than tinted moisturiser. From my wife's experience (who for some reason also wanted make up for wedding) the least stress free way to work out what to use and how to use it was to go to a shop selling make up (she went body shop, MAC I believe are highly regarded) and ask them to tell her what to use and how. They were very non condescending and I suspect would be the best way to get some recommendations (world's friendliest bike forum notwithstanding) and they would likely demo them on you live so you could decide what you would be comfortable with.
If you are using a professional photographer and are bothered by it maybe also mention to them as suspect they could lessen in post processing.
First shave in two years and I have a bit of acne/rash that I'd forgotten about. Any tips to lessen/hide it before my wedding next weekend?
