TfL have changed the bicycle policy for the Elizabeth line. Previously it was no bikes in the tunnel sections. Now it is bicycles allowed off peak. Good to see and matches the sub-surface lines.

Sensible for a change.
Now we just need Eurostar to fix their nonsense.

did most of the london bits yesterday on a trip to central
maryland to liverpool street
change at liverpool street onto the paddington section all station platforms look very similar and very long, went and had a look at farringdon from the inside huge great glass roof over the excavation of the concors looked massive, then on to paddington alighted and crossed the platform and headed back to oxford street
on the way home took the route to abbey wood, good to piece together the bits i've seen being built while riding with the actual railway itself, switched platforms at abbey wood and back to liverpool street, switch train then home.fast smooth spacious long and hopefully take a bit of footfall away from other routes lowering congestion at peak times. epic project of epic proportions through the sprawling city of london, hats off to them.
how full is it during rush hour ?
how will the section from essex connect with the paddington branch, there was no real sign of any new tunnels before liverpool street ? i can't work out how they'll join up, or will you always have to get off the train at liverpool street and walk to the paddington - abbey wood section ? -

There is a tunnel portal, next to Pudding Mill Lane DLR
There will still be some Shenfield trains which terminate at Liverpool Street high level but I think most will go into the tunnel.

The two branches will join up right under Stepney Green Park. There's a disguised ventilation shaft in the park at the exact spot. Openstreetmap shows it.
