I’ve used home from home dog boarding. They have lots of places around, your dog will go and stay with another person / couple / family in their home for the duration. You supply your own food and bedding…£22 per night ish.
You can visit the person prior to drop off to get a feel for them to make sure you are happy

What breed/how many? My girlfriend and I live SE and are getting a pup in September. Both experienced with dogs. If the dates work and the dog(s) is reasonable sized etc we might well consider it for a nice bottle of holiday plonk...

We're hoping to go on holiday in August, but our dog care plan has just fallen through. Does anyone know of a reliable dog sitter in Beckenham/south east London who might have availability?
