Is there a forum approved modern bicycle clip equivalent?
Brooks leather cycle clips. They'll happily live wrapped around a handlebar when not in use.

Sometimes I just want to jump on a bike (school run fr’instance) and not change in to Lycra or shorts. On the cargo bike with big wide Crank Bros pedals no problem, but on the others it is greasy trouser cuffs or roll them up like a Freemason.
Is there a forum approved modern bicycle clip equivalent? Or is everyone so achingly hip that they live in skintight jeans?
