Backwards brake, 1x ring all good. Maybe deeper wheels, lose the dildos and it’s getting close. Some mini clip ons and that’s a decent tri bike

the white/silver propels are sicker imo but this is pretty decent. for a crit weapon does need deeper wheels though and the enve bar plugs are weird i agree (i have a pair and cut them).

What’s going on with the seat stays?!

It's the Weiss signature. Supposedly stiffer on the drive side but it's just their thing.

given the size of the chainstays i doubt it needs anymore stiffness but it looks rad. at least it looks good on that terri barentsen vid

I wrote something more scathing but I’m gonna hold back and say it’s not for me.

Look at that drive side seat stay, it's basically a downtube.

They use a regular chainstay on the non drive side too.
Doesn't make too much sense from an actual engineering perspective given that lateral stiffness doesn't come from vertical cross section but hey ho, looks cool
