Jokes aside though, something nasty is gonna happen there sooner rather than later at the current rate. There’s been too many close shaves already. As the governing body do you wait for it to go wrong or do you preempt it going wrong and give them the opportunity to get their house in order?
I’d choose the option without loss of life personally.
