Addendum to the Ice Cream Burger post upthread.
Much as I see myself on the bloke end of the 'Bloke on a bike< > Cyclist' spectrum,
I am also at the lhs of the 'Eat to Live rather Live to Eat'spectrum.
The light 'doughnut', it was explained to me,
by Alex the proprietor,
is actually an egg rich and egg-risen brioche dough,
(apologies to Vegans),
lightly toasted with a sprinkling of maybe cinnamon sugar?
