I'm afraid some gears are on their way. Probs just 10 speed as 11 speed cassettes are somehow like a hundred pounds now

you can pick up an 10 speed XTR shifter / mech for less than £100 on ebay tbf...

Rather that than 11/12 speed stuff which costs 2 or 3x as much and isnt as nice.

Yea exactly :) gone for a 10 speed Saint shifter paired with an m8000 mech (to give enough capacity to run a 10 speed 11-46 cassette). Was like £120 for all three posted, much more palatable.
