1985 Raleigh Competition with near original spec.
The wheels have been swopped to some beaterish Mavics with campagnolo hubs and a some point I switched the Suntour Cyclone Mk II to the long cage version (i still have the short cage which I'm happy to refit).
Seat tube: 61cm (23 1/2") CTC
Top tube: 57cm (22 1/2") CTC
Weight: 10.75 kg as is.
Paint: 7/10. A few chips and a few small not brilliant touch ups.
Chrome: some pitting. There was a small bird splat of chrome loss which I treated and covered with chrome tape so that it's no longer visible. I've included before and after pics in the Google folder: https://photos.app.goo.gl/kZNDyMEjtUwgdLRU7
It's a great bike - very responsive- but is too small for me and has been languishing unused in my dry cellar for too long.
How about £180? Pick up/viewing Clapton E5.
