Been thinking about this all day. I'm yet to order brakes or brake levers. I ordered handlebars but they were cheap so I can just keep them in reserve.... do I build this with flat bars????????????? God damn Blue Lug's instagram...

I’m in the process of swapping the drops off my gorilla monsoon for flat bars, just think they’re so much better suited to off road riding and with big fat tyres speed isn’t the ultimate decider.

Ordered some VO Seine bars which out of all the flat/swept bars I’ve tried seem the best width and shape.

Going with flat bars means v brakes and decent levers are easy.

That’s what I’m saying. But I worry it’s then just very similar to the Stumpjumper but a luxe version. Which doesn’t make that much sense to me. So I think I’ll go with drops.
