Yes of course. Need to get some tubes first. This is very much gonna be taken to my LBS though to be built. I don't have a headset press or even tools to fit a square taper BB - ha. I haven't touched a square taper BB since probably 2013 or something.
Check how much shipping is first. By shipping @Tijs frame to me and then onto him myself he saved a shit load of cash in shipping. They wanted $800 or something lol. Happy to do the same for you with rims. Even to ship stuff from one side of the U.S. to the other, I paid $128 for the frame box and a wheelbox.

Could you measure the tyres once you've fitted em, interested to see what they come out at on a 23mm internal rim?
