We have come to the realisation that two cargo bikes in our household is one too many, so unfortunately our beloved Milk Plus Bullitt is up for sale. We have had it for several years but it really hasn't been used too much, its always been kept inside and serviced and maintained by my husband who has also hand made a few of the parts on it.
Spec is as follows...
Milk Plus non-electric frame kit with custom 12x100 front dropouts and 142x12 rear dropouts.
Custom stem/steerer tube with integrated Chris King headset bearing cover
Chris King Headset.
Handbuilt wheels, Son 28 12mm through axle front hub, Chris King ISO 12mm through axle rear hub, Halo T2 rims that have been powdercoated black to get rid of the heinous laser etched logos. front wheel is built with Sapim Strong spokes, the rear is built with Sapim Race, black brass nipples, these are wrapped with 1.5" wide Panaracer Pasela tyres, these are the only truly matching 20/26" tyres that we could find with tan walls.
Drivetrain is Ultegra R8000 CX cranks converted to 1x with a 44t narrow/wide TA chainring, custom spacers to ensure the chainring bolt covers align with the crank arms correctly, Ultegra RX rear derailleur, 11-40 SLX M7000 11 speed cassette, SLX chain and an Ultegra flat bar shifter which is one of the I-Spec things that actually mounts to the brake lever.
Brakes are XT M8020 4 piston levers and callipers with 6 bolt SM-RT86 XT ice tech rotors, 203mm front and 180mm rear.
Finishing kit is mostly PRO, Koryak handlebars, LT seatpost and seatclamp. DMR V6 pedals, Fabric Scoop Line Radius saddle, ODI Vans lock-on grips.
Extras are Supernova E3 Triple headlight and E3 taillight with custom mounting bracket, lastly the fenders are Gilles Berthoud, the rear is 26" and the front is a non-production prototype 20" both are mounted with GB stays and custom machined aluminium spacers/brackets with vegan leather washers. There plastic box is also included, there are stainless steel riv-nuts in the mounting rails of the frame, this means that you just bolt into them rather than having to reach under the frame and hold a nut whilst you tighten the bolt. Oh and the lovely people at Larry vs Harry did us some custom graphics to read 'Oat Milk Plus' These can be removed as they are just vinyl decals over the stock logos, we still have the file for them somewhere which can be supplied if you wish to make extra decals yourself. The Spur Cycle bell is not included in the sale.
We have asked for guidance on pricing for this in the cargo bikes thread, but all we got was DMs asking to sell the fenders separately, so looking at past sales of Bullitts with much lower specs and less extras, I'm hoping that £2900 isn't too much. I'm sure you will all let me know if I've overpriced it! haha.
There are a few dinks and scrapes, but nothing major, the forks have just been rattle canned after the dropouts were modified, but unless you are really looking, you can't really notice.
We are based in Norwich, but we can potentially deliver depending on location etc.
