Steering arm issues by any chance? Seen two now, both folk that couldn't stretch to a bullitt so got a trio. Mostly well specced for the money, the brose motor defo does not feel as powerful as an ep8/e8000, feels similar to a regular bosch gen 4 (where you basically have to be standing on the pedals on order to get full assist).
But the steering arm being one piece, no pivots to isolate from flex and fitted with small hardware gave me a little fear. Handling was good though, and position same as a Douze. -

Ah nice idea - I managed to squeeze a Mini Max to the wheel clamps but will try this for a more secure fit.

Someone convince me that I can't get away with just having 2 bikes, my All City Mr Pink and an Omnium/Bullitt.

I injure myself regularly enough trying to ride a bike in a straight line, not sure I'm cut out for BMXing.

I've just mounted a set of Continental Contact Urban - they're quite cheap but roll really nicely and quietly.

I've just noticed how light these are for a given size despite the supposed puncture protection.
I might have to give one a go next time I change tyres to see how they compare to my heavier Big Ben plus.
Assuming they set up ok tubeless. đEdit... It will also mean I don't have to keep peeling the reflective stripes off the Schwalbes. đ

they also usually come with a reflective strip.. but they are sometimes available without

Maxxis Torch is tubeless ready in 20 x 1.75, and very fast.

I've commuted around 150k on them so far, about half of which is gravel paths and the other half is tarmac - I've noticed some glass debris on the tarmac lately, but haven't had any punctures so far.
I quite like the reflective stripe though.

Yeah I used to have one... Too narrow, and punctured multiple times but didn't seal. âšī¸

Ahhh bugger... I need to find some without then.

Any alarm recommendations pls?
This is for when we're out and about and mainly as a deterrence. Will probably have a hidden tracker too.

I bought the Oxford Screamer 7 disc lock alarm. I've yet to use it in anger as not left it out of sight much when out and about, but it is bastard loud.

We are thinking of selling one of our Bullitts, its a non-electric Milk Plus, we did a custom build starting with frame kit, Its got CK ISO/SON Delux Hubs laced into powder coated Halo T2 rims (to get rid of the hideous logos) with spam Race/Strong spokes, 12mm through axle front and rear. Supernova headlight and taillight, CK headset with custom Stem/Steerer, PRO Handlebars and seatpost, XT 4 Pot brakes with 203/180 rotors, Gilles Berthoud 'guards with custom 20" front guard, drivetrain is 1x11 Shimano Ultegra RX, vans grips, Panaracer tyres, DMR pedals and a Fabric saddle. It has a few scrapes and marks in the paint, but no dents or cracks, comes with a plastic box.
Can anyone give me an idea of what its worth before I try and sell it for far too much/little.
Thanks!
