Trying to navigate the ever changing tax website makes me want to pull my fucking hair out. Whoever designs these services is clearly a sadist.

gov.uk website? They appear to combine incompetence and malice in a mixture never seen before outside the innermost circles of hell. If the M25 is the work.of the devil (hat tip to Good Omens) the gov.uk dev team is Satan's crack squad in action.
