People with Electric Cars that think it's OK to run an extension cable over the pavement, causing a hazard to pedestrians, wheelchair users, parents with push chairs etc..

That is pretty cunty, but I've recently started seeing the cuntier option. People who park fully on the pavement so they can charge their electric car without running an extension cable.
