I ended up sorting over the phone, yeah. Finally got a response to my web enquiry today, a full 12 days after I’d raised it.
Also, lol, had to rebook my train tickets as EMR run the calendar on their booking function as a Sunday start, so if you’re not paying attention then it’s a piece of piss to book a train for a Friday thinking you’re booking for the Saturday.
