  • Good point, never seen a restriction in Scotland for that, but seen some in English towns where they are targeting camper vans*, those monster camper home things and medium commercials from parking in 'residential' areas.

    UK starting to feel more like the US as time goes past, more car centric suburbs, more (originally) tram suburbs around the city itself becoming super car infested and more rules and regulations regarding types of vehicles in certain places.

    *to be fair, loads more campervans in our street now, I counted 12 the other day all at once, vs before covid there was 1 or 2. However all of these folk that is INSTEAD of their family car, so number of vehicles is the same and most of them are the regular transit van or lwb transit size so not massively different to a modern SUV (which also infest the local streets).
