Is there an equivalent rack for bikes with no canti studs but a million braze ons? Cheaper than blb and nitto kinda thing

Not sure it's quite what you're after but I've got one of these that you could have for cheap if it'd do the job!

The BLB one is the only small rack that looks like it would attach to mid fork eyelets. It’s not nitto money, but it’s more expensive than my cheap sjs one.
