Resigned myself to the fact that I'm not going to be playing polo any time soon and I really don't need another fixed/single speed bike.
Bought from Ben's Cycles during lockdown. They had used it as a demo frame for a year and it the paint has a few chips and scratches, but no dings or dents. Frame's made from True Temper OX Platinum and was built at Waterford Cycles, WI. Fork was built in Taiwan from good ol' 4310.
Frame is a medium, full geo attached. It does have a few unique details:
Splitter/coupler in the seat stay for belt drive
Cable stops for Shimano Alfine hub
135mm rear spacing
It has a pearl gray paint with sparkle blue panels and fork. Frame was full of frame saver when it arrived and still looks to be in good condition. Would benefit from having the BB shell chased and faced if you want to use an external BB. The ever-reliable UN55 will just slide right in.
Other details:
1-1/8" head tube (standard headset, included)
27.2mm seatpost
400mm axle to race fork
100mm front spacing
68mm English BB
Canti/v-brake bosses front and rear
Rear rack mounts
Blue panels+fork are all glittery
Clearance-wise, I ran 40c Marathon Supremes. There was a decent amount of room in the rear, but you probably wouldn't want to go much bigger in the front.
