Nice bike! Can is ask spacing on the wheels? Is it 135/150? I would like to build up a Commmando.

Rad to the max! Looks to be a great bike for some extreme bikepacking a la Radavista.

Glad to have stumbled over this thread, just picked up a frame from merlin for 180.

What hubs are they? 28h 135/170 are tricky to find

Pretty much finished putting mine together, just to trim steerer and put a Cambium on when it arrives.

...had to buy a frameset to my gf. The bike will be a budget Fat- (or maybe 26++) with Trialtech 47 mm rims and 4" tyres.

Wondering what hubs/wheelset both of you ended up using?

I ended up using Hope Fatsno as was the only ones i could find in the right width, plxarc looks to have used some Bontragers

Sorry to also jump on this, but just in case anyone more around the 5' 11" range is looking for something similar I have one sat in the back of the shed built up with GX Eagle, 26" 3.8 tyres and the knock off Jones bars from Alpkit that I'd love to shift for a very reasonable price.

I'd would make my defence for having bought a new bike much easier...
